Returns & Refunds
Paintings are printed to order daily. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind after the order has been processed and submitted for printing. If you make a mistake during your order and contact us quickly via email to rectify it before we submit it for printing, we will do our absolute best to help you out.
We only offer returns or exchanges for items that are damaged upon arrival (damaged during transit) or if we have sent an incorrect item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged items need to be brought to our attention via email within a reasonable time after the order is delivered. We may ask for proof of purchase, and will usually require photos of the damage and the packaging to confirm return eligibility.
Once we have received the damaged item, we will process the refund or send your replacement item. If we do not receive the item, we cannot process the refund/exchange.
In a special case refund/return, we charge a 50% re-print fee which will be deducted from the refund.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged by you or damaged after regular use.
