Orders made after 17th December 2024 will not be dispatched until after the 7th January 2025 due to closure of the photo lab over the holiday period. 

General Shipping:

Processing time on orders may vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. 

We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which will allow you to follow its journey. Insurance costs will be your own responsibility. We ship to the address listed by you when you place your order. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item due to incorrect details. If you realise you have made a mistake and need to change your address, contact us ASAP, and we'll gladly change it for you if we haven't sent it out yet.
